I started doing this on all of my clubs except my driver.  It was amazing how well I was hitting.

  1. Several different body parts need exercise. For instance the back, your back keeps your body straight when you are about to tee off. There are two ways to exercise your back muscles, one is to lie on your stomach and act like you are doing a push-up. Do not raise your body completely off the ground, simply lift your head as far off the floor as possible.
